Chukwuemeka Ngozichineke Wogu Leads Massive APC Support Rally as Over 1,200 Delegates Back Bola Ahmed Tinubu at Aba South Ward 6 Presidential Primary

 Former Minister of Labour, Chukwuemeka Ngozichineke Wogu, on Saturday led over 1,200 members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during the party’s presidential primary held at Aba South Ward 6 in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.



Emeka Wogu, mobilized 1,200 registered and card-carrying APC members who participated in the exercise, which witnessed a large turnout of party supporters, security personnel, and members of the media.


Speaking after casting his vote, Wogu described the exercise as peaceful, orderly, and successful. He expressed excitement over the massive turnout of supporters who came out in solidarity for President Tinubu and the APC.



According to him, the show of strength demonstrated the growing unity and stability within the party, which he credited largely to the efforts of the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu, and President Tinubu.



“The Deputy Speaker has brought unity and strength to the APC, while the President has continued to ensure the party remains strong and focused,” Wogu stated.


He further urged APC supporters across Abia State to remain committed to the “Renewed Hope” movement and continue mobilizing support for President Tinubu ahead of the 2027 general elections.


“I’m here to support our party because I believe APC will win in 2027. We will produce a good, sound, humble, and educated flag bearer in Abia State, and there will be positive change,” Wogu added.


The former minister also highlighted several initiatives of the Federal Government under President Tinubu, particularly in the areas of education and agricultural development.


Also speaking at the event, APC flag bearer in Aba South Local Government Area, Chinudu Okpulonu, commended the impressive turnout of party supporters. He assured members that the party leadership would continue to work together to ensure victory for President Tinubu and the APC in Aba South LGA.


Okpulonu reaffirmed the commitment of the “City Boy Movement” in Abia State toward sustaining support for President Tinubu and strengthening the APC across the state.
