  Nollywood films, Over the Bridge, This Is Lagos, and Dynamite will be screened at the New York African Film Festival (NYAFF) which commenced on Wednesday, May 8 and will run till May 14. The festival showcases   African and diaspora films in the United States. Over the years, films honoring the many voices and tales of Africa and its era have been made available to viewers through NYAFF, which was founded in 1993.  Iyabo Ojo’s Daughter Praises Mother, Rallies Support for ‘The Return of Arinzo  Priscilla Ojo, daughter of Nollywood actress, Iyabo Ojo, has expressed support for her mother amid recent controversies surrounding the film, The Return of Arinzo. In a post shared on her Instagram page on Thursday, she described her mother as “always misunderstood” and unfairly blamed.
